This is a bespoke programme facilitated within the home to support your child's connection and communication with you.  A Family Worker will be assigned to support you along the way at a pace to meet your child's developmental needs.  You will gain strategies and support to help build on your connection and communication.  Appropriate for families with children aged 18 months plus.  

Our skilled Family Workers can offer a range of one-to-one support in the home including antenatal and postnatal support, parenting strategies, play skills, sleep and toilet training.  They can listen, offer guidance and signpost to Sure Start services and external services within the Lisburn area.  Appropriate for families from pregnancy to children aged 4 years old.  

Outcome Star is tool delivered within the home with parents.  This tool aims to help to build confidence in parenting skills as the parent being the expert in their own lives and that of their children. Our experienced child health and family team will support the parent through their journey whilst using the approach.
