Our application forms for our Developmental Programme for 2-3 Year Olds, Little Stars and Little Rainbows starting in September 2021 are now available on our website under Parents, Useful Forms. You can download the cover letter and both application forms from there.
To be eligible to apply:
- Children must be a minimum of 2 years of age on 1st July of the intake year (born between 2/7/2018 and 1/7/2019)
- Children must live within the Sure Start area
- The family must be registered with the Sure Start project prior to commencement of the programme
- Parents must commit to ensuring their child will attend on a regular basis (minimum of 80% attendance)
- Parents must accept home or venue visits through out the year to discuss your child's progress
This year you have the option to return your application form via email to lisburnreception@brysonsurestart.org. You can also return it via post to the address on the form.
If you have any difficulty downloading the form, please let us know and we can send a paper copy out to you instead.
